Christmas - Owasso Style!

I have been neglecting my blog lately and I'm sure that I am no busier than some of you that have been posting some great things lately, but I am still using that excuse - I've just been busy! But I love this season, everything about it, the decorations, the smells, the cooking, the shopping, the craziness - all of it! We had our first celebration this weekend at Owasso with my side of the family. My brother, Greg and his wife, Brenda, had us over to their beautiful home and we had a great time. I took about a million pictures, so believe it or not, I really didn't post all of them even though it looks like it.

Emily loves her great grandpa, or Pa Gramps as he is known by the family.

My mother has been saving the state quarters for her grandchildren for the past ten years! Since the series is finally complete she gifted them this Christmas. Hunter is checking his out.
Mom, Debbie, and Dad are trying to let their food digest before the big gift opening.
I was trying to post at least one picture of almost everyone and I'm sure Jake and Katie appreciate this one.
Lily got a new Doodle Pro, she wore out her first one - I told you she is my little artist!

Of course, Ella got a gift that had about a million pieces. She conned Aunt Brenda into helping her put it together.
Actually, Ryder liked the boxes best of course.
Emily got a sticker maker. Here she is modeling one of her creations.
Ben got a set of golf clubs - do I see "emergency room visit" in the near future.
If Ben's golf clubs don't send anyone to the hospital, Sam and Max's "Hulk Hands" are sure to do the trick. :)
Here Max demonstrates the proper use of "Hulk Hands" wonder how long it will take him to use them on one of his brothers.
Sally didn't eat too much to sit on Bert's lap.
My beautiful sister-in-law, Brenda.
Ashley and newest family member, Kain, enjoy the gift giving.
How cute is my great niece, Riley Jo. She always has a big smile for the camera.
Poor Hannah, she had knee surgery about a week and a half ago, what a great way to spend Christmas vacation.
Nanny and Pa gave Hannah and Hunter money in these banks. They were tricky to open. As you can see, Josh and Greg spent a lot of time and effort before finally figuring them out. I bet if Josh handed it over to Cooper it would have been opened in no time.
The popular gift in the "Dirty Santa" was this lovely robe. It was in almost every one's hands at one time or another, but lucky Jay got to keep it. He has a knack for modeling, don't you think?

I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Savior with friends and family. Love to you all!
