New York, New York.......

it's a wonderful town! Annie, Josh, Greg, and I arrived in the Big Apple about 8pm (est). Of course, we had the first snafu. We hired a shuttle to take us to our hotel and it took us to the wrong Hilton, then we had to walk several blocks to the right one. Bet we didn't look like "hicks from the sticks" dragging our luggage around Times Square. Neither one of us brought a cord to download pictures so this post is purely informational:D We ate a late supper at an Italian restaurant and already hit the Hershey Store, yummy. It has started raining and if it continues, our Yankee game may not happen, and the guys will be bummed, since this is the last season to be played in Yankee Stadium. Josh wanted me to add that we got to fly with the two legged dog that has been seen on several television shows. So we have already been up close and personnal to a celebrity.

Just a note: please remember my niece, Ashley, and her husband, Jay, in your prayers. As many of you know, Ashley is having a problem with her pregnancy. She does not have enough amniotic fluid and is now in the hospital. The baby measures at 25 weeks and that is way too early, but he needs amniotic fluid to develop properly. She is in the hospital now and hopefully can carry Kane a few more weeks, safely.
Also, Lavena's great-grandson, Granton, is in the hospital in Kansas City. He is quite ill and we would appreciate prayers for the Bayless family, also.
God is the great physician and can work miracles and we covet your prayers!
