With spring comes......

you guessed it, soccer! We are back at the soccer fields. Max and Emily are playing again AND Mandy and Chad are coaching again. I have not been known as the biggest fan of soccer. I mean, I know about as much about the sport as I do about nuclear physics. So basically I am clueless. And soccer weather is usually miserable, cold and windy. We don't have this kind of weather during football games. But I am trying to to curb my lack of enthusiasm because Max and Emily love playing, as I'm sure my other grand children will, so I will be spending a lot of time at soccer fields.
Mandy let Ben wear his pjs to the game to keep him a little warm. He didn't act cold, he was having a great time.
Sam didn't understand why he didn't get to play. He has a matching uniform and he gets to practice (they don't have enough players so they use him and his expertise to fill a position).
Max gets some "soccer" words of wisdom from his dad...
they must have worked, cause look at that form.

Emily thinks she is an old pro, and I must admit, she has really improved and is doing a good job.Even though she has been running her little heart out, she always has time to pose for a picture.
