ER - there a new Doc in town!

Okay, so there really isn't a new doctor, but there is a doctor wanna be. Greg always seems to want to practice doctoring or dentist skills on any unsuspecting children in the area. He absolutely love pulling our kids teeth, some were not even overly loose when they were extracted. Oh well, I digress... Saturday night Sam busted his chin open, yet again, I think this is the third time. Mandy just happened to have some dermabond, so Pa thought he would play doctor. And my dining room table served as the operating table.

Sam receives some much needed reassurance....from the look on his face, I'm not so sure it worked.
Here Dr. Whiteley performs the procedure. He actually did a fairly good job and reassures me that the only reason he undertook this task is because the cut wasn't much.

The most important reason we were gathered together on Saturday night was to celebrate the 50th birthday of our wonderful friend, Sue. She poses with her "Queen for a day" crown, senior shirt, and her adorable grandson, Cashion. We love her and are glad she has finally joined us in the fabulous 50s. Happy Birthday, Sue!

I bet Uncle Greg does a fine job doctoring! I just did some doctoring myself on Ian...two boys, one light saber, and a smack to the eye was all it took to get out the first aid! Sheesh, boys being boys will be the end of me one day! haha

I bet Greg is a better doctor than some of the hacks I've seen over the years in military hospitals.

That has to be the hottest "Queen of the day" She is my "Queen of my life" And that is one cute little fellow she is holding! And yes Chads' concern for his middle child is overwhelming. That is the life of a middle child.

I love how poor Sam is lying there in such a "sterile surgical environment", right beside the bowl of cake and ice cream! Ha!
Happy Birthday to Sue! I agree with Ed, that is one good looking 50 year old!- with quite a cutie on her hip...
