Happy Birthday, Sammy Boy!

I am interrupting my July 4th posts for this one for a special boy. Five years ago today, God gave us Samuel Gregory Cheap. I cannot believe how fast time has flown. He is such a grown up little man. Sam is sweet, smart, and funny. He always entertains and and makes us smile. I love you, Sammy T. Tiger!

Sam is holding his newest cousin, Brock Coleson. He loves being one of the oldest and taking care of little ones.


He started soccer this past year and was quite the little competitor.
Sam never gets tired of clowning around...
or hamming it up for the camera.
Loud noises used to send Sam into a tizzy. He is better now, but he still thinks that Uncle Bert's headphones are a must on "firecracker day."

Well, Sam called me and asked me to go to Woodward's water park today for his birthday. Ugh!! I don't usually do public bathing suit appearances, but since I could not turn that sweet boy down, I guess I will venture out this afternoon. I hope my sunglasses will be enough to keep me incognito. Maybe I can find a large, floppy, hat...
