My grandchildren are so fortunate to still have great grandparents that are an active part of their lives. My parents were able to spend Easter weekend with us this year and it was so special. I thought I would begin my Easter posts with this one (and, yes, the plan is to have several posts concerning Easter, but you know what they say about plans...). Just thought I would list a few things that my grandchildren do with my parents.
Great grand parents are good...
to play Nintendo
DS with because no matter how good or bad you are, they are probably worse...
to cozy up to while watching television, who knows, you both will probably fall asleep...
to snuggle under a blanket with, because they are always cold, too, no matter what the weather...
and, of course, to have your picture taken with, especially on Easter Sunday morning when everyone is looking their best!
