Fun at Owasso!

I know I have mentioned that I spent last week at Owasso. While there, we celebrated birthdays, did home improvement projects, a little sewing, and a lot of eating! We started the week with Ryder's first birthday party.

Ryder was not overly interested in his gifts - he did like the paper and boxes though...

he definitely didn't like the birthday hat his mom made him wear. I don't know why?
He appreciated his cake. Why bother using a fork or even your hands when you can go straight to your mouth!
Ryder's parents gave him this inflatable toy filled with balls (not a toy I would like at MY house, but definitely fun). He was a little afraid to climb in, but as you can see, Cooper and Ben are having no problem breaking it in for him.

We also celebrated Josh's 30th birthday this week. Here is the old man, surrounded by cuties!
Josh had a lot of help blowing out his candles. There weren't even 30 of them (Annie ran out!) and they still didn't get them all blown out the first time!

I know this is a long post, but I leave you with pictures of a future major league star. Check out Coop's form.
He is even a lefty! Maybe we'll get to log some time at the ball field in the future, watching him shine!

Seems like you guys have birthday parties every month. I guess with such a large family there is one just about every month. Looks like you had a great time and the kids always look like they are having so much fun playing with their cousins!

Looks like another busy weekend. I like the pic of the kids all piled on the table. Cute!
